1 - If you wish to return item(s) ordered online (for either a size change, faulty goods needing replaced, or refund unwanted items) you must contact us within 7 days of purchase to inform us of the planned return. The easiest way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation email (sent from shop@moover). This will ensure that any delays in the return postal system do not cause a problem.
